Glass mould temperature measurement

The measurement of glass mould temperatures requires a very rapid operation because the moulds open and close at high speed. A pyrometer with a short response time is necessary. Since it is a measurement of a metallic surface, a pyrometer with a spectral response in the short wavelength is mandatory.

Glass mould temperature measurement

Very fast process and measurement of a metallic surface. Pyrometers with spectral response in the short wavelengths and very short response times (1 - 2 ms) are needed. Due to many possible temperature ranges, different pyrometers are offered (IP... from 50°C, IGA... from 250°C and IS... from 600°C).
Portable pyrometers and fixed solutions are applicable.
For an exact analysis of the temperature distribution the usage of the thermal imager M 7900 from MIKRON is recommended.
