"General Purpose" Series for applications in relatively clean environments (R&D and process optimisation)

The fixed installation TG-Vision Series’ thermal imagers measure at different frame rates between 5 Hz and 50 Hz. Thus, they are suitable for a broad field of applications. The cameras are built into a "light" protective housing for operation in relatively clean environments (lab version). Furthermore, the housings feature a system for lens purging, e.g. if used in process optimisation:

TG-Vision (5 Hz)

Measurement on different materials at 5 Hz (5 images per second) in temperature ranges
between -40°C...1600°C. For specific applications, additional lenses are available.

Application: measurement through hot gases

TG-Vision (30 Hz)

Measurement at faster processes at 30 Hz (30 images per second) on different materials in temperature ranges between -40°C...1600°C. For specific applications, additional lenses are available.

Application: measurement of electronic components

TG-Vision (50 Hz)

Measurement at maximal speed of the detector of 50 Hz (50 images per second) on different materials in temperature ranges between -20°C...1250°C. For specific applications, alternativ vario optics are available.

Application: measurement on glass surfaces

TG-Vision (25 Hz)

Measurement on metal surfaces at 25 Hz (25 images per second) and with high resolution of
640 x 480 pixels in high temperature processes between 600°C...1500°C.
For specific applications, alternativ vario optics are available.

Application: optimisation of hardening processes
