IMPACs customers benefit from individual consultancy, which comprehends a personal support by a specialist via telephone. An “IMPAC on-site service” is available helping with the installation or the adjustment of systems, if the problems can not be solved by the end user.

Besides individual consultancy, IMPAC provides further services beyond selling, like pyrometer adjustment, calibration service, production of inspection sheets and certificates (with selectable measuring points) and, of course, any sort of repairs. Within Germany, IMPAC offers an on-site calibration service. Numerous pyrometers can be calibrated directly on the customers location. This guarantees, that the client does not have to wait for a long time for the instruments that need to be calibrated. Instead the customer can e.g. make use of the on-site calibration service during maintenance periods.
