Progressive hardening

At progressive hardening processes the inductor moves along the workpiece. To guarantee repeatable and comparable measuring results fibre optics pyrometers should be used. Combined with the inductor the optical head of these instruments can be moved along the workpiece.

Progressive Hardening

The inductor moves along the component. To guarantee a constant distance between inductor and measuring point fibre optics pyrometers should be used. The optical heads of these pyrometers can be moved along the component together with the inductor.
The optical heads of fibre optics pyrometers can be used at ambient temperatures up to 250°C. They are unaffected by electromagnetic interferences, so that they can be used very close to the inductor. Their small design enables the use in locations that are difficult to access. They can be mounted very close to the measuring object.
Optical fibre length up to 30 meters.

Control of induction- generators   The power of induction generators can be controlled by digital IMPAC-pyrometers via the digital indicator DA 6000-C. This controller is very fast (1 ms) and was specially designed for induction applications.   DA 6000-C
