M 380

Freezing point blackbody calibration sources provide fixed point, primary calibration standards. 8 models provide temperatures from 29.76° to 1084.62°C.

Calibration sources of series 380 are used to achieve a calibration standard in the industry comparable to the standard offered by national calibration institutes.
Each calibration source generates a single fixed temperature which is determined by the melting or
freezing point temperature of a certain metal with an extremely high purity.
Such a calibration source can be used as a primary calibration standard. In combination with a transfer-standard-pyrometer it enables the transfer of exact temperature values onto other calibration sources.
